Service Description

Virtual consultations are a great way to meet the HCK9 Team and get help in selecting one of our training programs to fit your lifestyle and needs. We can also provide customized programs that offer more than the standard programs.

Cancellation Policy

ALL Training services, once started are final and non-refundable BUT if you have not started training may be transferable to another dog that you own or person. Training services expire and become void after one (1) year from date of purchase if unused. Scheduled boarding (and/or b&t) deposits of 50% are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to honor your reservation without notice. If your arrangements need to be changed, please contact us at least 7 full days prior to your scheduled reservation to retain full value of your deposit. Reservations are first come, first serve and are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
