    We will honor returns turns on unused training equipment up to 14 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with a equipment return by mail. All dog food (kibble or raw) or dog treat sales are final and non-refundable. ALL Training services are final and non-refundable after training starts. Training services expire and become void after one (1) year from date of purchase if unused. Scheduled boarding (and/or b&t) deposits of 50% are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to honor your reservation without notice. If your arrangements need to be changed, please contact us at least 10 full days prior to your scheduled reservation to retain full value of your deposit. Reservations are first come, first serve and are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
