What is your refund or return policy?

We will honor returns turns on unused training equipment up to 14 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with a equipment return by mail. All dog food (kibble or raw) or dog treat sales are final and non-refundable. ALL Training services, once started,  are final and non-refundable.

Do services expire?

​

ALL training services expire and become void after one (1) year from date of purchase. If unused, training can be rolled over into other services depending on availability. ALL Training services, once started,  are final and non-refundable.

 

I need to make a reservation for my dog.

​

We require deposits of 50% of the total program cost to confirm reservations. Reservations are first come, first serve and are not fully confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. Please contact us directly or fill out a training request form and we will contact you within 24 hours.  

 

I didn't show up for my confirmed board and train reservation, can I reschedule?

​

If you are unable to honor your reservation without notice, you can retain the value of your deposit for up to 1 year BUT a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied to your invoice. This fee must be paid in full to reschedule. All deposits on any of our board and train programs are non-refundable. We would be happy to reschedule for a later date depending on availability.

I need to change my reservation date, what do I do?

​

If your reservations need to be changed, please contact us at least 10 full days prior to your scheduled reservation. Any changes that need to be made in less time will be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid in full to reschedule. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

I will not be able to pick up my dog on the scheduled pick up date, what do I do?

​

Please contact as soon as you are able to if you will not be able to pick up your dog on the scheduled departure date. A daily boarding fee of $35 will be billed to you and must be paid in full before the dog can be released. 

​

Can someone else drop off or pick up my dog for me?

​

Yes, you can designate a drop off or pick up person. Please have the person you designate contact us to ensure the process goes smooth.
